With a background in pre-production, graphic design, and art direction, I speak the language of publishing, whether online or print, and I’m well-equipped to take the creative lead on projects large or small, should you wish. This diverse, creative background also allows me to work well within a creative team environment and to know which questions to ask to achieve your final goal.

The first contact email always presents a challenge to be solved, whether you’re an agency that needs an image to fit a tight layout, a publisher looking for a specific approach to cookbook photography, or a smaller company trying to stand out from the crowd. We’ll brainstorm to develop solutions that work well for all involved.

Because it’s so important to hire professionals who excel at what they do, I work with a roster of talented food and prop stylists who help to bring your vision to life. I also work in several fantastic photo studios that will meet your needs, whatever the size of your shoot. If you’d prefer to work remotely, I’ve offered that service for years; it allows you to work from home or your office while the photo shoot is taking place, and all approvals can take place in real-time via Zoom or through text/email.
